I think it looks pretty nice so far, overall it looks a bit like a chibi, which I think is cute x3
But if you want to draw more realistic proportions, draw the head smaller or the body larger in proportion, the arms are a tad too short as well I must say, the hand should be able to... well, grab the balls easily without the body bending down to reach them xp
The legs are a tad too short as well, their length is somewhat the same (from crotch to toes) like the distance between crotch and the top of the head, maybe a bit longer than that (thats if the head is proportionally sized, which fits around 7 or 8 times the length of the body).
Also the length of an outstretched hand is around 2/3 the length of the distance between the wrist and the elbow joint.
The muscles overall are nicely done, especially the torso, on the arms and legs you gotta work a lot more though.
Overall it looks very nicely done and I can see a lot of potential in your skills, just be patient with it and dont rush or force improvements too fast.
